• Tag 2 AM: South Plaza: Plazas consists of two very small islands that were uplifted from the sea, separates by a channel. Only South Plaza has a visitor site. • Tag 2 PM: Santa Fé island: This small island of 24 qkm ist very interesting. The visitor site of Santa Fé is located on the northeast end of the island. Highlights include Santa Fé land iguanas, pelican nesting site, sea lion colony, mockingbird and Palo Santo trees. weitere Infos
• Tag 3 AM: San Cristobal island: This island is the easternmost island of Galapagos and also one of the oldest. Cerro Brujo is a white sand beach on the west side of San Cristobal. Highlights include: Sally Lightfoot crabs, marine iguanas, sea lions, mockingbird and lava lizards. weitere Infos
• Tag 3 PM: cruising a little bit south to the pitorest village Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. From here we go by bus to the lagoon el Junco. This lagoon is the only fresh water reservoir in Galapagos and has great views from its altitude of 700 m in the highlands of San Cristobal. weitere Infos

• Tag 4 AM: Española island: This island is the oldest of the Southern islands and is the southernmost in the archipelago. Because of its remote location a unique range of endemic species evolved here. Gardner Bay: Located on the northeast of the island, the site has a long and very beautiful white sand beach inhabited by sea lion colonies. Islote Gardner and islote Osborn: These islets are snokeling sites where visitors will see an abundance of tropicl fish, reef sharks and turtles. weitere Infos
• Tag 4 PM: Española, Punta Suarez: The wildlife at Punta Suarez is plentiful and varied. Along the cliff visitors can enjoy the blowhole where seawater is forced about 20 m into the air. The highlights are the waved albatros (April - December) that are only found on Española, Galapagos Hawks, blue-footed boobies, Nascar boobies and Española lava lizards. weitere Infos
• Tag 5 AM: Floreana island, Punta Cormorant: Floreana is best known for its colorful history of buccaneers, whalers, convicts and early colonists. Punta Cormorant has two contrasting beaches and a large inland lagoon where pink flamingos can be seen. weitere Infos
• Tag 5 PM: Floreana, Devil´s Crown: This is a snorkeling site located jsut off Punta Cormorant. The site is a completely submerged volcan, that has eroded to create the appearance of a jagged crown. weitere Infos
• Tag 5 PM: Floreana, Post office bay: This is one of the few sites visited for its human history. Visit the wooden mail barrel where letters are dropped off and picked up and remains of the Norwegian fishing village. weitere Infos

• Tag 6 AM: Santa Cruz island, Dragon hill: This place is located in the northwestern side of Santa Cruz island. Some highlights include small lagoons with flamingos, Palo Santo trees and Opuntia cactus. weitere Infos
• Tag 6 PM: Santiago island, Sullivan Bay: This island is located between Isabela and Santa Cruz islands. This island offers a wide variety of seabirds, marine iguanas and fur seals. The Sullivan Bay is of great geological interest. Highlights: 100 hundred year old lava flow field, pahoehoe formations and lava bubbles weitere Infos

• Tag 7 AM: Genovesa island, El Barranco: Genovesa is an eroded flat volcanic island, with a natural harbor, which is actually the submerged caldera of this volcanic island. There (in El Barranco) is a good possiblity of seeing the unique "short eared owl" at this site. During the dinghy rides along the cliffs fur seals and serveral species of seabirds can be spotted. weitere Infos
• Tag 7 PM: Genovesa, Darwin Bay: The steep cliffs of this area dominate the islands. This area is home to thousands of frigate birds, red-footed boobises, Noddy terns, lava gulls, tropicbirds, doves, storm petrels and Darwin´s finches. weitere Infos

Die Cachalote Explorer Kreuzfahrtrouten bieten die Möglichkeit von 6-, 8- und 15-tägigen Touren, bei denen ausgewählte Orte besucht werden, die vom Galapagos-Nationalpark genehmigt wurden. Jede dieser Routen ist einzigartig, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und bietet die Möglichkeit, Galapagos in einer kleinen Gruppe unter der Leitung eines erfahrenen Naturführer aus nächster Nähe zu erleben.  Unsere 8-Tage-Routen "Tower" kann in Kombination mit der 8-Tage-Route "Fernandina" zu einer 15-Tage-Route kombiniert werden (Die zusätzliche Fernandina Route sowie die komplette kombinierte 15 Tage/14 Nächte Route Tower + Fernandina siehe Grafiken unter Fotos) Der Preis beträgt 2 x 3.980 USD = p.P 7.960 USD für die 15 Tage/14 Nächte Reiseroute in einer Doppelkabine.
